A Tineye reverse search revealed that the viral photo was first published online on August 19, 2010.

The image shows a vehicle flipping over and another crossing through floodwaters with people trapped inside.
The 2010 monsoon flood disaster in Pakistan killed more than 1,700 people, affected more than 20% of the land area, and caused billions of dollars in damages to infrastructure, housing, agriculture and livestock, and other family assets.
