The original clip depicts the former President reacting to the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The video, titled "President Trump on the Death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg," has been posted to YouTube since September 19, 2020.

The video was uploaded by the C-SPAN television networks, which cover Capitol Hill, the White House, and national politics.

Donald Trump Mourns Queen Elizabeth II

The old video began circulating after Trump mourned the death of Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96.

Donald Trump and his wife Melania said in a joint statement that Elizabeth's reign "left a tremendous legacy of peace and prosperity for Great Britain."

He issued a statement in which he expressed his sadness over the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. 

"Melania and I are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II," Trump wrote on his social media site, Truth Social.
