Misbar investigated the circulating photo and found the claim to be fake. The photo has been edited to add the flags of the European Union and the U.S.

Upon conducting a reverse image search, Misbar’s team found that the original photo is a photograph taken by was taken by the photographer Peter Ralston.
The photograph “Pentecost” earned Down East magazine’s highest accolade in its list of the most iconic photos of and from Maine.
According to Down East, Ralston sold prints of “Pentecost” on every continent except Antarctica.
What is Pentecost?
Pentecost is a Christian celebration that takes place on the seventh Sunday after Easter Sunday (50 days after Easter). The holiday also has a Jewish history, it was celebrated during the first week of harvest.
