On October 21, 2022, the official website of BeIN SPORTS released a report of the World Cup's analysts' names, headed by the Brazilian ex-footballer Ricardo Kaká.

The channel announced that Arab and international players will serve as World Cup pundits.

Along with Ricardo Kaká, the World Cup 2002 winner, former players such as David Via, Gabriel Batistuta, Gary Neville, John Terry, Lianne Sanderson, Peter Schmeichel, Alessandro Del Piero, Arsène Wenger, and Lothar Matthäus are set to analyze the next month's tournament.

Former African players, such as Mohamed Aboutrika, Wael Jomaa, and Ahmed Elmohamady, are also among the pundits for the 2022 World Cup.

The report also mentioned some other pundits' names from Asia and North America.

However, the report does not mention the Egyptian player, Mohamed Salah, and the Algerian player, Riyad Mahrez.

BeIN Sports To Broadcast the 2022 World Cup

The Qatari media company beIN owns and runs the global network of sports channels known as beIN SPORTS. It has significantly contributed to the rising commercialization of sports in Qatar. Yousef Obaidly serves as CEO and Nasser Al-Khelaifi as the company's chairman.

All 64 FIFA 2022 World Cup matches will be aired live on beIN SPORTS in 25 nations around the Middle East, North Africa, and France.

The 2022 World Cup will be covered by more than 120 senior program providers, reporters, commentators, and analysts.

The network will provide HD and 4K coverage of the World Cup on seven channels in Arabic, English, and French.

The 2022 World Cup in Qatar

Qatar has officially been selected as the host for 32 teams from different countries that will compete in the 2022 World Cup.

For the first time ever, the tournament is set to take place in an Arab country. This will be the second World Cup to be held entirely in Asia after the 2002 tournament in South Korea and Japan. It is also held for the first time as a winter competition from November 20 until December 18, 2022.

The Egyptian player Mohamed Salah and the Algerian player Riyad Mahrez will not participate in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, due to the Egyptian team's defeat against Senegal and Algeria's loss to Cameroon in the African qualifiers for the World Cup.
