Misbar investigated the circulating video and found the claim to be fake. The video has been edited by combining parts from two different videos.
The Joe Rogan Experience
After conducting a thorough research, Misbar’s team found that the circulating video has been tampered with.
Our team was able to find two different videos that were recorded and released on different dates. Both videos are episodes from the official podcast of comedian Joe Rogan.
The podcast called “The Joe Rogan Experience” hosted Elon Musk and published the episode on September 7, 2018. The full video can be seen below.
Vijaya Gadde was hosted by the podcast along with Jack Dorsey and Tim Pool in 2019. The episode, which can also be seen below, was posted on YouTube on March 5, 2019.
Did Elon Musk Fire Vijaya Gadde?
Elon Musk closed off his deal and officially became Twitter’s owner. The acquisition deal was followed by a spree of firing several Twitter executives.
Vijaya Gadde, Twitter’s former head of legal policy, was also let go along with chief financial officer Ned Segal and the company’s general counsel Sean Edgett.
