Ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, social media users circulated a series of photos purportedly showing the official Cameroon national football team's World Cup kits.

Misbar investigated the circulating and discovered it to be misleading.
Contrary to viral claims, these photos do not show the official kits of the Cameroon national team for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
This Photo Shows a Concept Kit Design
The circulating image depicts the Cameroonian team's concept design.
On September 23, Noah Qehzy's jersey-design Instagram account posted the photo.
A design photo collection included the photo.
The caption explained that it is a Template FC clothing design platform concept kit for Cameroon at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Cameroon’s One All Sport Kit
This viral photo also features the jersey design of Cameroon’s national team.
Misbar found the kit's original photo on “Behance,” a creative networking platform.
Olivier Manso, a Cameroonian designer, posted the photo.
The photo was published along with other collections of the actual design in ten different colors.
Cameroon's Nike Kit
This photo, which has been circulating since July 2022, depicts the Cameroonian team's Nike jersey.
The kit is a concept design for Cameroon’s national team.
Misbar discovered that Cameroon’s national team has collaborated with six different companies to make their jerseys from 1982 to 2022.

The Official Cameroon Kit for the World Cup
The Cameroon Football Federation unveiled the official kit of the team at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The kit is seen as different in terms of shape and color from the kits circulating among social media users.
The Cameroonian Federation also shared a video of Samuel Eto'o purchasing a replica of the shirt from a store in Douala, Cameroon, on November 5.
Cameroon’s national team jersey for the World Cup was designed by “One All Sports,” a sports clothing and accessories company.
Following the official announcement, the kit was displayed in a number of stores.
FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022
This will be the first time the tournament is held in an Arab country.
After the 2002 World Cup in South Korea and Japan, this is Asia's second World Cup.
The competition will be held for the first time in the winter months of November and December 2022.
Qatar is expected to host more than a million visitors for the FIFA World Cup.
