Misbar discovered that the video dates back to 2016 by using Google Image Reverse Search.
It depicts a man loitering suspiciously on one of Istanbul's busiest streets before a suicide bombing killed dozens of people.
At Least Six Killed in Istanbul Explosion
Turkish media outlets reported on November 13 that an explosion on Istanbul's famous Istiklal street had killed at least six people and injured at least 81.
The bombing, according to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, "smells like terrorism."
