Luis Enrique, Spain's national team coach, named 26 players to represent Spain in the 2022 World Cup on Friday.

According to multiple media outlets, Spain's list included goalkeepers Unai Simon, Roberto Sanchez, and David Raya.
The following players have been named as Spain's defenders: Dani Carvajal, Cesar Azpilicueta, Aymeric Laporte, Eric Garcia, Pau Torres, Hugo Guillamon, Jordi Alba, and Jose Gaya.
Sergio Busquets, Rodri, Koke, Marcos Llorente, Gavi, Pedri, and Carlos Soler are the Spanish midfielders chosen.
Alvaro Morata, Marco Asensio, Ferran Torres, Dani Olmo, Pablo Sarabia, Nico Williams, Yéremy Pino, and Ansu Fati were chosen as forwards by the coach.
2006 and 2022 World Cup Participants
Other players who competed in the 2006 World Cup and will compete in the 2022 World Cup include Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
