Misbar investigated the circulating photo and found the claim to be misleading.

Misbar found the photo making the rounds to be outdated. It does not show Ronaldo’s recent arrival in Saudi Arabia.

The original photo was taken in 2019. It shows the moment of Ronaldo’s arrival with the Juventus team to play the Italian Super Cup against Lazio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The circulating photo shows Cristiano Ronaldo taking his bag out of the car.

Misbar's team found another photo captured from a different angle that shows the Juventus logo seen on Ronaldo's tuxedo and on the bag of his teammate.

Moreover, the same bag and clothes that Ronaldo appeared wearing at the time can be seen in the viral photo.

The sign and the car that appeared behind Ronaldo can also be seen  in the two photos.

After Marca's report, rumors about Ronaldo moving to Al-Nassr began to circulate. According to Marca, Ronaldo will join the Saudi club in January 2023.

The Portuguese footballer will sign a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Saudi club, according to the report.

In addition to the massive signing-on fee, the contract reportedly includes financial incentives through advertising, making the Portuguese athlete the highest-paid athlete in the world (just under 100 million euros).

Ronaldo's annual contract with Al-Nassr will be close to 200 million euros.

Cristiano Ronaldo has denied having agreed to join the Saudi Al-Nassr Club during the World Cup.

When asked about his official move to Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo responded, "No, it isn't true."

Cristiano Ronaldo is now a free agent, waiting for a suitable offer after mutually agreeing to end his contract with Manchester United in November.
