Misbar investigated the circulating video and found the claim to be misleading.

After conducting a thorough reverse image search, Misbar found the video making the rounds to be outdated and unrelated to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The original video was first published on a YouTube channel called "QBiz Events" on April 27, 2018.

The video clip was captured by the QBiz channel. In the viral video, the channel watermark is recognizable.

The video depicts Shah Rukh Khan's arrival to inaugurate Kalyan Jewellers showrooms.

Another lengthy video of the event attended by Shah Rukh Khan was released on YouTube at the time.

The Bollywood star inaugurated three Kalyan Jewellers showrooms in three different GCC cities on a single day, making it a historic occasion for the Kalyan Jewellers' Group.

Thousands of fans began pouring into the Lulu Hypermarket parking lot as of early evening to see the Bollywood star.

Shah Rukh Khan attended the inauguration ceremony late in the evening with Kalyan Jewellers Chairman and Managing Director TS Kalyanaraman and Executive Directors Rajesh Kalyanaraman and Ramesh Kalyanaraman.

Other distinguished guests attended the inauguration, such as Brigadier Nasser al Darwish of the Ministry of Interior, HE P Kumaran, the Indian ambassador to Qatar, and R Seetharaman, the CEO of Doha Bank.

He taught Rooney the famous "open arms love pose" that he used in many of his films.

Moreover, it has been reported that Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone visited Qatar to promote their upcoming 2023 film, Pathaan.

Deepika became the first Indian to unveil the World Cup trophy, alongside 2010 World Cup winner Iker Casillas, ahead of the Argentina-France World Cup final match.
