According to the video’s description, “A Roosevelt Hospital worker recorded the moments of tension that the staff experienced due to the armed attack.”

According to the BBC, seven people were shot dead and twelve others injured during the Roosevelt Hospital in Guatemala City back in 2017.

At the time, the local Police suspected the attackers to be members of the Mara Salvatrucha criminal gang. According to the BBC, the gang members were trying to free one of their jailed leaders who had been taken to the hospital for tests. 

Twenty-nine Killed During Arrest of El Chapo’s Son

The claim is circulating after Ovidio Guzman was recently arrested by Mexican security forces.

Guzmán-Lopez is an alleged drug trafficker and the son of former Sinaloa cartel boss Joaquín Guzmán known as El Chapo. 

The arrest sparked a wave of violence. During and after the arrest, 10 soldiers and 19 suspects were killed

Various gang members have protested the arrest. The rebels set up roadblocks, set fire to many vehicles, and attacked planes at a local airport.
