Video of Greta Thunberg Using a Green Screen is a Parody
After conducting a thorough keyword search, Misbar's team found that the video was first shared on TikTok with a disclaimer that reads: “Greta Arrest Parody meme ft. Hollywood Director James Cameron. Disclaimer: All the worlds a stage. 🎥 THIS IS A PARODY MEME!”
Nevertheless, the video ended up being shared misleadingly, which caused a lot of confusion to internet users who believed the claim.
Greta Thunberg Detained in Germany
Greta Thunberg, the Swedish climate change activist was detained by law enforcement in Germany on Tuesday while protesting the expansion of a coal mine in western Germany.
Reuters reported that Thunberg was released from custody after an identity check.
