Military Vehicles Ramming Into Venezuelans in 2019
Contrary to claims, the footage shows an armored vehicle ramming into Venezuelan protesters.
On April 30, 2019, the Washington Post published the same footage in an article about the protest at the time.
The video was also uploaded to Global News' YouTube channel on the same date.
2019 Venezuelan Coup Against Maduro's Regime
According to the Washington Post, people were swarming the streets when one of the armored vehicles abruptly swerved over several lanes, crossed a median, and struck some pro-Juan Guidao protesters.
After years of political and economic chaos, Juan Guaido, the leader of the opposition in Venezuela, called for a military coup outside a Caracas air base to remove President Nicolas Maduro.
The White House published the video on Twitter and accused President Nicolas Maduro saying: "This is the corrupt, illegitimate Maduro Regime."

Protesters will face "the full rigor of the law," said President Dina Boluarte, accusing them of vandalism.
