After conducting a thorough reverse image search, Misbar’s team found the footage making the rounds to be outdated and unrelated to the recent earthquake in Turkey.

The video was uploaded to a YouTube channel on February 19, 2019.
According to the video’s translated caption, the video was captured on "The Metropolitan Express, Japan, route 6 during the 3/11 earthquake."
In the published video, the timestamp and date are mentioned in the video’s angle.
The date and time reads, "March 11, 2011, at 2.49 p.m."
The same video was also uploaded to a Japanese website on March 13, 2017.

2011 Earthquake and Tsunami in Tohoku, Japan
On March 11, 2011, a 9.1-magnitude earthquake accompanied by a tsunami struck off the Japan Trench, off the northeastern coast of Honshu.
