Misbar’s team conducted a thorough reverse image search and found the photos making the rounds to be digitally altered.

The first viral photo shows an old shot of Barack Obama hugging his wife, Michelle.
However, it is important to note that in the original photo, Michelle Obama does not exhibit the masculine facial features displayed in the circulating photo.
On January 17, 2019, Barack Obama shared the original photo on his Twitter account, accompanied by a caption celebrating his wife's birthday at that time.
The photo’s caption reads, “I knew it way back then and I’m absolutely convinced of it today — you’re one of a kind, @MichelleObama. Happy Birthday!”
