Contrary to the claim, the circulating video was shot in Russia on August 10, 2020.
The video shows a massive explosion ripping through a gas station in Volgograd, Russia.

Gas Station Explosion in Volgograd, Russia
A massive explosion occurred at a gas station in southwest Russia, resulting in at least 13 people sustaining injuries.
The incident was captured on video, showing a massive fireball erupting into the sky above Volgograd. Among the injured were firefighters who had responded to the initial fire at the petrol station.
The fire is believed to have been triggered by static electricity during fuel transfer from a tanker to an underground storage tank. Prior to the explosion, the station had been evacuated, but the blast caused a larger blaze that spread across an area exceeding 1,000 square meters.
Over 30 Injured in Paris’s Recent Explosion
An explosion in the fifth arrondissement of Paris has left 37 people injured, with four of them in serious condition. The blast occurred in a building that housed a design school and the Catholic education system headquarters on Rue Saint-Jacques.
Witnesses reported a strong gas smell prior to the explosion, leading local deputy mayor Edouard Civel to attribute the cause to a "gas explosion" on social media. However, authorities have not yet confirmed the exact cause. Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau, upon reaching the scene, stated that preliminary analysis of the camera footage indicated that the explosion originated within the building, adjacent to the Val de Grâce church. Although the building initially caught fire, it was eventually brought under control by the Paris police.
