The Video Shows an Explosion in a Car Garage Complex
Contrary to the claim, the video is actually not recent; it originates from November 2021.
It depicts a previous incident involving an explosion and fire at a car garage facility located to the south of Tel Aviv during that period.
A Twitter user uploaded the video on November 14, 2021. The translated caption reads, "A fire broke out in the Yad Eliyahu area in southern Tel Aviv, and a garage complex is on fire."
Ynet also included the same video in a report covering the incident during that time.
A massive fire erupted on November 14, 2021, within a garage compound situated on a street in Tel Aviv. Evidently, the compound contained combustible materials and vehicles, which, when ignited, resulted in pronounced explosive sounds. MDA (Magen David Adom) reported that no individuals were harmed during the incident.
The Israel Fire and Rescue Service affirmed that the explosion occurred within a garage complex. They communicated that multiple firefighting squads were dispatched to the site and effectively prevented the flames from spreading.
