The video started circulating in August 2022 within the context of a fresh escalation of tension in Karabakh. Azerbaijan dispatched several hundred additional units of military trucks, armored vehicles, armored personnel carriers, and various other military weapons and equipment to the border with Armenia, increasing the existing arsenal.

Ceasefire Reached Between Armenian and Azerbaijan Forces

Ethnic Armenians residing in Azerbaijan's separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh have accepted a Russian proposal for a ceasefire. This decision comes just one day after Azerbaijan initiated an offensive with the aim of gaining control over the enclave.

Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry has officially confirmed that they have agreed to a ceasefire in this ethnically Armenian-populated mountainous region.

According to Armenian officials, at least 27 individuals lost their lives during Azerbaijan's operation, while Baku claims that only one of its soldiers was killed, placing the blame on Yerevan's troops.

Azerbaijan has asserted that its objective was to target military installations belonging to Armenia's security forces. However, Armenia countered this claim by denying the presence of military facilities and personnel in Nagorno-Karabakh and instead accused Azerbaijan of spreading false information.
