Israel’s Airstrikes on Gaza intensify

The Gaza Strip is currently facing a dire situation as Israeli military attacks continue. This offensive commenced four days after Hamas launched a major attack involving rockets and fighters into Israel, an operation known as the Al-Aqsa Flood

In response to the critical conditions, the Palestinian Health Ministry and the World Health Organization (WHO) are jointly advocating for the establishment of a humanitarian corridor. This corridor would facilitate the urgent delivery of medical assistance to Gaza's overwhelmed hospitals.

Israel’s violent raids have led to the killing of over 830 Palestinians in Gaza, while over 900 individuals in Israel have been confirmed dead during the escalation. Hamas's surprise attack on Saturday came in the wake of recent incursions by Israeli settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, as well as a significant number of Palestinian casualties resulting from Israeli actions in recent months.

During the ongoing operation, several Middle Eastern countries, including Iran have shown support for Hamas. In Beirut, many Lebanese citizens have also expressed solidarity with Hamas in its struggle against Israel. Also, Syria, Turkey, Yemen, and Iraq have shown support for Palestine by organizing demonstrations and expressing solidarity during the ongoing escalation.
