After Operation Al-Aqsa flood, social media users widely circulated a video clip purporting to feature 1671 Israelis arriving in Alanya, Turkey by ship, fleeing from the recent escalation.

Misbar investigated the viral footage and found the claim to be misleading.
After conducting a thorough reverse image search, Misbar’s team found the footage to be older than claimed.
The Video Clip Predates Al-Aqsa Flood
The video was shot on October 6, which was a day prior to the start of Hamas's operation on the Gaza border.
On the same date, a Turkish website shared a long video featuring the arrival of 1671 passengers aboard the CROWN IRIS, the majority of whom were Israeli tourists, as they docked at the Turkish port of Alanya.
The video features scenes of the tourists' arrival, which are identical to those found in the circulating video.
