Misbar investigated the video and found the claim to be misleading.

A thorough reverse image search revealed the video making the rounds to be outdated and unrelated to the recent Cairo summit of the Arab League.

Arab Leaders Express Anger Over the Gaza War At Cairo Summit

The Cairo Peace Summit has started with the participation of international, Arab, and U.N. representatives to discuss the latest developments in the Israel-Palestine conflict. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is presiding over the summit, and notable leaders in attendance include Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Jordanian King Abdullah II, and U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. Turkey was represented by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

At the summit, Egypt and Jordan criticized Israel's actions in Gaza, showing their increasing impatience with the ongoing conflict. President El-Sisi rejected the idea of forcing Palestinians into the Sinai Peninsula and warned against the "liquidation of the Palestinian cause," while King Abdullah II labeled Israel's actions in Gaza as "a war crime."

Israel’s Bombardment of the Gaza Strip

Since October 7, the Israeli Forces have launched Operation Swords of Iron against targets in the Gaza Strip. As of Saturday, the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza has killed 4,385 Palestinians, including 1,756 children.

A humanitarian convoy of 20 trucks started entering the Gaza Strip from the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing, which was the first such convoy since the aggression began.

It is worth noting that Israel has stated that the aid shipments arriving in Gaza from Egypt on Saturday would not include fuel. This is a matter of significant concern for the population in the besieged enclave and for relief agencies responsible for providing essential services, as fuel is crucial for operating water pumps and generators required for facilities such as hospitals.
