The Claim

An Israeli hostage says Hamas forced her to eat her son.

Emerging story

Social media users recently shared a video of an alleged interview claiming that an Israeli woman recounted that she was held captive by Hamas terrorists for a duration of three days.

According to the claim, at the end of this period, she was presented with a meal consisting of rice and meat curry. After consuming the dish, she was informed that the meat had been prepared using the flesh of her one-year-old child, who had been cruelly snatched away from her.

Misbar investigated the circulating video and found the claim to be misleading.

The Video Has No Connection to Hamas or Israel

Misbar's team found that the video dates back to 2017 speaking about the awful acts of ISIS terrorists and has no link to the ongoing war on Gaza.

The video has been taken from Ms. Dakhil interview on Extra News TV; she shared a chilling account of the dreadful acts perpetrated by Islamic State terrorists (ISIS) against her community in the war-torn area.
