Misbar’s Analysis

Misbar investigated the circulating video and found the claim to be misleading.

The Video Has Nothing to Do with Gaza

Misbar's team found that the video was edited and dates back to 2015 in Dubai.

The 2015 Daily Mail report describes a video of a man falling off a speeding hoverboard in Dubai and landing face-first on the road. The video was filmed on a smartphone and appears to capture the man accidentally falling down.

Gaza Hospital's Child Care Crisis Deepens Amid Power Cuts

Hospitals in Gaza are struggling to treat numerous children after their main generator malfunctioned, leaving them without power.

Despite a shortage of medical supplies and fuel, the medical staff at Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza are working tirelessly to care for over 60 injured children, with 13 of them relying on mechanical ventilation.

Dr. Husam Abu Safyia, a pediatrician at the hospital, described the situation as critical, as most of the children who arrived at the emergency department were in extremely serious condition. The hospital's main generator failed on Friday, and now they are dependent on a small electric generator solely for the intensive care units.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah issued a grave warning, stating that Gaza hospitals are on the brink of a catastrophe, with the lack of medical resources and fuel causing patients to struggle for their lives.

The death toll in result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 is 9,500, including 3,900 children and 2,509 women,” Salama Marouf, the head of the media office, said at a press conference.
