Misbar investigated the claim and found it to be misleading. The video depicts a Palestinian girl who was genuinely injured during the ongoing aggression on Gaza; she was not faking her injury.
A Displaced Child Injured During an Israeli Bombing in Gaza
Misbar contacted Ahmed Abo Roos, who published the video on his Instagram account. He stated that the injured child's name was Zeina Ferwana, a Gaza resident displaced to the middle governorate during the latest displacement operations. She sustained injuries while near a house bombed by occupation forces. Abo Roos stated that it was Zeina herself who requested to be photographed to convey her message to the world.
Abo Roos added that the video was filmed inside Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the town of Deir Al-Balah while the child was receiving medical care. He also sent an exclusive picture to Misbar showing the extent of Zeina’s injury caused by the Israeli bombing.

The occupation army announced that two officers were killed in the ongoing battles against the Palestinian resistance. On the other hand, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced that a detained soldier was killed during a “failed” Israeli operation intended to free him.
In a statement, Al-Qassam Brigades mentioned that “a Zionist special force was discovered while trying to advance in order to free one of the enemy’s detainees, resulting in casualties among its members." They added, “The Israeli warplanes intervened, launching a series of airstrikes to cover their retreat."
