Misbar's team found that the video dates back to 2013, depicting a disturbing incident where pro-Bashar al-Assad rebels in Syria brutally stabbed and stoned two men, resulting in their deaths.
Assad’s Militia Stabbing and Stoning Victims in Syria
On January 2, 2013, Al Arabiya news released a video depicting a disturbing scene shared online by Syrian rebels. The footage reveals individuals apparently loyal to President Bashar al-Assad engaging in a prolonged and brutal act of execution. The victims are seen being stabbed to death and then subjected to stoning with concrete blocks.
Rising Death Toll in Gaza Amid Ongoing War
The Health Ministry in Gaza reported on Monday, December 25, that the death toll among Palestinians due to ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has reached 20,674.
Additionally, Ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qudra stated that 54,536 individuals have been injured during the war on Gaza. Israel has been conducting airstrikes and ground assaults on Gaza since the beginning of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7.
