The episode revolves around "Springfield," a fictional city whose inhabitants are at odds over its governance. Each member unilaterally enforces laws without consulting others. Hawking visits "Springfield" to inspect a recent experiment in communal utopia initiated by a local branch of Mensa (for high-IQ individuals), led by citizens who deem themselves more intelligent than the rest, including a girl named Lisa. However, Hawking observes widespread dissatisfaction with the experiment, causing chaos among the citizens and sparking violent clashes. Amidst the turmoil, he saves Lisa by flying his wheelchair, transporting her to a safer location.
