The soldiers completed their deployment in the Middle East before returning to the military facilities at Fort Bliss in Texas.

The Houthis Declare Targeting a U.S. Cargo Ship in the Gulf of Aden

The circulation of the image followed the announcement by the Houthi group in Yemen on Monday, January 22, of targeting an American military cargo ship in the Gulf of Aden.

The spokesman of Yemen's Houthi armed forces, Yahya Saree, stated, "In solidarity with the Palestinian people and in response to the American-British aggression on our country, the naval forces executed a military operation targeting the American cargo ship 'Ocean Jazz' in the Gulf of Aden with appropriate naval missiles."

The U.S. military denied reports of an attack on the cargo ship Ocean Jazz in the Gulf of Aden. The Central Command of the Naval Forces stated, "The Iranian-backed Houthi's report of an alleged successful attack on Ocean Jazz is patently false."
