Selfie Cameras Produce Mirrored Images

Taking selfies on an iPhone can be frustrating for users due to an automatic mirroring effect applied by the camera app. Unlike apps like Snapchat, where selfies appear as expected, the iPhone's native camera flips the image after capture, leading to a discrepancy between the taken photo and the user's original pose. This automatic mirroring introduces an unexpected twist to the visual representation of selfies, leaving users with images that differ from their immediate perception.
