Misbar’s Analysis
Misbar investigated the widely circulated footage and found it to be misleading.
Footage Of Pokémon Drone Show in Hawaii
Misbar’s team traced the viral video to when it was first posted by a TikTok user, named _theparanormalchic, alleging that it happened in Hawaii on Waikiki Beach last week.
Upon reviewing the events in Hawaii last week, Misbar’s team found similar footage of the lights in a video published on YouTube about the Pokémon Drone Show that was held in Hawaii on August 15.
A video posted by the Hilton Hawaiian account on X shows the same scene from a different angle.
The viral video and the scenes from the Pokémon Drone Show are noticeably similar regarding the place. The lights in the sky that are coming from the drones are identical and both videos were filmed on the beach.
The alleged UFOs could be seen splitting in the viral video, behaving identically to the drone used in the Pokémon Drone Show while they were getting in position.
The video was uploaded on the aforementioned TikTok account last week, which was the same time the Pokémon Drone Show was held.
A UFO Whistleblower Published a Book About UFOs
Lue Elizondo, a UFO whistleblower, who had previously alleged that he and many other whistleblowers have been threatened, published a book on August 20 after a yearlong security review by the Pentagon.
In his book, Luis asserted that a decades-long UFO crash retrieval program has been operating as a supersecret umbrella group made up of government officials working with defense and aerospace contractors.
Lue mentioned that technology and biological remains of nonhuman origin have been retrieved from these crashes over the years.
UFO Sightings Maybe Secret Military Tests
Despite the Pentagon’s review of Elizondo’s book, officials in the U.S. said that there was no evidence that the government had encountered alien life.
On the contrary, most sightings of UFOs were ordinary objects from Earth, according to a report submitted to Congress in March 2024. The report is a part of a broad public attempt by the U.S. government to examine unidentified anomalous phenomena.
The report said that UFOs seen in movies, books, or television programmes have affected the public and reinforced the belief of the existence of UFOs.
According to a Pentagon spokesperson, officials had approached the report in an open-minded way. However, no evidence of extraterrestrial visitors were found.
More than half of the UFO reports that were investigated were determined to be U.S. reconnaissance flights, according to an assessment by the Central Intelligence Agency.
The report attributes the viral nature of the UFO content nowadays to the lack of trust in the U.S. government.
