Abiad said about 300 patients were in critical condition, with many still in serious condition. He noted that some injured individuals had been evacuated from the Bekaa region to Syria, and certain cases would be evacuated to Iran. However, he emphasized that more than 98 percent of the patients are receiving treatment in Lebanon.
