As Israel Intensifies Its Attacks On Lebanon, Iran Says Hezbollah Cannot Stand Alone
On Tuesday, Israel struck Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon after a day of killing nearly 500 people and forcing thousands to flee from their homes in the South to another place fearing the intensified Israeli strikes.
Israeli officials said that more than 50 projectiles were fired from Lebanon on Tuesday morning, most of which were intercepted.
Meanwhile, Iran’s president stated that Hezbollah cannot stand alone against a country that is being defended and supported by Western countries and the U.S.
The U.N. and officials in the U.S. fear that a spillover of the war is becoming a reality. However, Hezbollah said that the strikes will continue until there is a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and Israel said that the war will continue until the residents of the North go back to their homes.
Meanwhile, Israel is still continuing its attacks on the Gaza Strip. Over the last 24 hours, 12 Palestinians were killed across the besieged Strip.
