Hezbollah Fires Dozens of Rockets at Haifa
The claim is being circulated following Hezbollah's announcement of firing dozens of "Fadi 1" and "Fadi 2" rockets, as well as Katyusha rockets, at the Rafael Advanced Defense Systems military complex in northern Haifa during the recent escalation with Israel.
In a statement issued on Sunday, September 22, Hezbollah said this strike was a preliminary response to the bombing of communication devices that occurred on the previous Tuesday and Wednesday, resulting in casualties among its members and civilians in Lebanon. Israeli Forces Demand Evacuation of Lebanese Amid Escalating Airstrikes
Israel continues to carry out airstrikes on various areas in southern Lebanon. Media reports on Monday indicated that Lebanese residents in the capital, Beirut, and several other regions received warning phone calls via landlines from Israel, urging them to evacuate their positions urgently.
The Lebanese news agency reported that the warning messages prompted residents to evacuate quickly as part of the psychological warfare employed by the enemy. It also noted that the office of Lebanese Information Minister Ziad Makary received a similar warning call, where an automated message urged the evacuation of the building.
