Misbar investigated the claim and found it to be misleading. The picture is old and does not show recent clashes in Khiam between Hezbollah's Al-Radwan Forces and Israeli troops.
Al-Radwan Forces’ Maneuver in January 2023
The image was originally published in a report by Al Mayadeen on January 3, 2023. It shows Hezbollah's Al-Radwan Forces demonstrating their capabilities during a military exercise simulating an infiltration of Israeli positions, according to Hezbollah's military media.
At the time, Hezbollah's military media also released footage from the same exercise. The maneuver simulated a cross-border operation from Lebanon into the occupied Palestinian territories, showcasing the infiltration of northern areas and the destruction of Israeli military vehicles and armored units.
Recent Clashes in the Village of Khiam
The image resurfaced following reports of intense clashes between Hezbollah forces and Israeli occupation soldiers advancing into southern Lebanon, particularly in the village of Khiam. On Sunday, November 24, Hezbollah announced it had targeted concentrations of Israeli troops in Metula, in the Upper Galilee, and near Khiam with a barrage of rockets.
In a statement, Hezbollah declared: 'In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and in solidarity with their honorable and valiant resistance, as well as in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli military gathering in Metula at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday with a salvo of rockets.'

Israeli Assaults on the Village of Khiam
Israeli airstrikes continue to target areas across southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut as clashes persist between Hezbollah fighters and Israeli forces in the border village of Khiam.
Media reports indicate that Israeli assaults on Khiam are ongoing, with occupation forces attempting to advance and seize control of the town. Hezbollah has actively resisted these incursions, targeting Israeli troop concentrations within the town and on its outskirts in recent days.
